Sara Beth Rubin CMT

Sara Beth Rubin, CMT operates under the belief that there is infinite wisdom that resides in the body, and the role of bodywork is to remove any obstacles to the organic unfolding of that wisdom. Her work draws upon her training in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, craniosacral, and reflexology, as well as many other modalities. She blends styles to create a unique session that fits each client's needs on a given day. Sara is passionate about bringing massage into more people's lives, and is particularly skilled in working with those under extreme amounts of stress. Educated in Seattle, she has over 1300 hours of training and teaching experience.
