Mary Anne Heidkamp CMT

Mary Anne Heidkamp, CMT brings her passion,enthusiasm and sincere belief in the body’s ability to heal itself into every session. She has studied deep tissue, trigger point release, cranial sacral therapy, thai massage and reiki. She gracefully combines deep technical work, gentle stretching , mobilization, and light energetic touch. She acknowleges each client as a unique individual with different needs on any given day. Sessions are designed to help you estabish balance and harmony in your body so you may move through your day with comfort and ease. In addition to increasing flexibility and range of motion, Mary Anne works with you to create more space for joy and freedom to enter your life. Currently she is an instructor at the San Francisco School of Massage and continuing her education to become a chiropractor.
