Gayle Whitley CMT

Gayle Whitley, CMT, has been a licensed massage therapist since 1997. After graduating from a 1,000 hour program in Arizona she pursued further studies, completing close to an additional 2,000 hours of continuing education. The focus of Gayle's practice is on the neck and cervical region, combining massage with cranial sacral techniques to release TMJ disorders, whiplash and whiplash-type cervical traumas. She also enjoys doing hot stone, sports, deep tissue massage, addressing chronic issues that result from our active life styles. Gayle believes in myofascial release, assisting her clients to focusing on deep breathing while stretching, to obtain optimal results from the massage. Also a skilled esthetician, her focus, and gentle touch makes for a great massage experience. Gayle moved to San Francisco a year and a half ago to be in cooler weather, and be with long time friends!!
